Moto-Obscura carbon fibre front shock tower (Associated RC10 – narrow front end)

Spice up the front end of your vintage RC10 racer with this carbon fiber front shock tower. This shock tower is for use with the RC10T truck front bulkhead and long arms. As such, it is not compatible with the original wide nose plate.This is a refined version of the hand cut shock tower that was used on the personal RC10 Team Car of Moto-Obscura in the 2022 US Vintage Offroad Nationals, finishing second in the B-main. It used 0.89″ shock bodies with 0.71″ shafts. This combination gave a good amount of travel and droop while providing plenty of room for adjustment.Their 2022 VONATs car is shown in the second photo for reference, with a hand dremeled prototype of the shock tower. Production shock towers are CNC milled from beautiful glossy 3mm carbon fiber, with a plain weave that closely resembles Team Associated graphite parts from the late 80’s and early 90’s.Shocks install using stock hardware, or spice up your ride even further with some anodized aluminum locknuts.
