Description S65/S85 Throttle Actuator Gears Item # BS102 For BMW engines S65, S85 We offer a professional clean and rebuild service for the S65/S85 throttle body gears Throttle Actuator mechanicals. The actuator unit is disassembled, motor removed, and internally cleaned (Critical to endurance). All additional components are cleaned, oiled, and/or greased as necessary. The inferior plastic intermediate and shaft gears are discarded, and brand new exceptionally high quality lifetime pressed metal gears are pressed in and set. S65/S85 throttle control gears requires lash measurements for proper operation. The exterior components are added and torqued. These use special washers that must be aimed and torqued correctly for proper operation. Lastly the unit electronics are installed and tested on our live jig for proper operation. Note: S65/S85 Throttle Actuator Gears purchase includes 1 gear set and 1 installation. Please add 2 for both actuator rebuilds.
